SHARINGTECHNOLOGY INC. Audit and Supervisory Committee, at a meeting held on November 16, 2020, resolved to change its certified public accountant and submit the proposal to the 14th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for December 22 (Tue.), 2020.
