Notice of Absorption-type Merger (Simplified Merger and Short-form Merger) of a Wholly-owned Subsidiary (Shiotani Glass Co., Ltd.) and Change in a Specified Consolidated Subsidiary
SHARINGTECHNOLOGY INC. (hereinafter referred to as “SHARETECH”) passed a resolution on the absorption-type merger (simplified merger and short-form merger) of Shiotani Glass Co.,Ltd.at a Board of Directors meeting held on July 17, 2020.
After the merger, Shiotani Glass Co.,Ltd. will cease to exist, and is expected to be excluded from the SHARETECH’s specified consolidated subsidiary.
