Notice Concerning the Contract for Change in a Consolidated Subsidiary
SHARINGTECHNOLOGY INC. passed today a resolution to enter into a basic contract to transfer all the shares from Re-abroad Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Re-abroad”), a 100% consolidated subsidiary, to Mr. Makoto Kanda, who is President and Representative Director of Re-abroad, and signed an agreement with Mr. Kanda, at a Board of Directors meeting held on August 7, 2020. Accordingly, Re-abroad is expected to be excluded from the Company’s consolidated subsidiary as a result of this Share Transfer.
