Announcement Regarding Personnel Affairs of Officers and New Management Structure
In written resolution (dated December 4, 2018) in lieu of resolution of the Board of Directors based on the provisions of Article 370 of the Companies Act and Share Tech Articles of Incorporation, a resolution on the personnel affairs of officers was made, and notification regarding the new management structure is hereby given as follows.
Moreover, the election of directors is planned be formally resolved at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on December 19, 2018 and meeting the board of directors scheduled to be held on the same day.
