SHARINGTECHNOLOGY INC. (hereinafter referred to as “SHARETECH”) decided to change its CEO at the Board of Directors meeting held on November 15, 2019.  The Board of Directors meeting held today also decided Directors and Officers appointments subsequent to the transition to a company with an audit and supervisory committee subject to approval at the 13th Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting and subsequent the Board of Directors meeting to be held on December 19, 2019.
