Notice of Business Transfer and Revision to Financial Forecast

SHARINGTECHNOLOGY INC. (hereinafter referred to as “SHARETECH”) passed today a resolution to transfer the business of Window for franchise Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “FC”) to OZVISION Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “OZVISION”), at a Board of Directors meeting held on March 19, 2026, and signed today a contract to transfer FC business from SHARETECH to OZVISION. Accordingly, SHARETECH has revised its consolidated financial forecast for the full year for fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, which was announced on November 14, 2025.
