Notice of Acquisition of “LIFELINE Inc.” (making it a subsidiary)
SHARINGTECHNOLOGY INC. (hereinafter referred to as “SHARETECH”) passed today a resolution to acquire the shares of LIFELINE Inc. (hereinafterreferred to as “LIFELINE”) and make it a subsidiary, at a Board of Directors meeting held on March 11, 2026, and signed today a contract to transfer all the shares from LIFELINE to SHRETECH.
