Notice Regarding Change of Certified Public Accountant and Announcement of New appointment of Directors

SHARINGTECHNOLOGY INC. Audit and Supervisory Committee, at a meeting held on November 16, 2020, resolved to change its certified public accountant and submit the proposal to the 14th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for December 22 (Tue.), 2020.
Also, the Board of Directors meeting decided Directors.
