SHARINGTECHNOLOGY INC., in a written resolution (dated December 23, 2019) in lieu of resolution of the Board of Directors based on the provisions of Article 370 of the Companies Act, passed a resolution on the transfer of fixed assets in Shiotani Glass Co.,Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary.
