(hereinafter referred to as \u201cRe-abroad\u201d), a 100% consolidated subsidiary, to Mr. Makoto Kanda, who is President and Representative Director of Re-abroad, and signed an agreement with Mr. Kanda, at a Board of Directors meeting held on August 7, 2020.
